4. Video Data — Important
We take video privacy seriously:
- Videos are processed and then deleted from our servers after analysis is complete.
- We do not store your raw video footage long-term.
- We do not use your videos to train AI models without explicit consent.
- We do not share videos with third parties.
- Annotated frame images (with skeleton overlay) may be stored as part of your session results.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in these limited circumstances:
- Stripe — processes payments. Stripe has its own privacy policy.
- OpenAI — receives anonymized performance metrics to generate coaching feedback. No personal identifiers are shared.
- Other Athletes — if you enable athlete matching, your display name, sport, skill level, and general location are visible to other Elite users.
- Legal Requirements — we may disclose data if required by law.
6. Children's Privacy
LevelUp is intended for users 13 and older. We take the privacy of younger users seriously:
- Users under 13 are not permitted to use the App.
- Users aged 13-17 require parental consent.
- Parents of minor users should supervise the athlete matching feature.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
- If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us immediately at privacy@levelupai.com.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures:
- All data transmitted is encrypted using SSL/TLS
- Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
- Our servers are hosted on secure cloud infrastructure
- We regularly review and update our security practices
No system is 100% secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.
8. Data Retention
- Account data — retained while your account is active
- Video files — deleted immediately after analysis
- Performance results — retained for the life of your account to show progress history
- After account deletion — all personal data deleted within 30 days

- Correction — update incorrect information in your profile
- Deletion — request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Opt out — disable athlete matching visibility at any time
- Notifications — opt out of push notifications and emails at any time
